The meeting covered topics such as the key aspects of the project, accounting notes, the roadmap, a presentation of a platform example by Bruno Lino, the communication and dissemination plan, the declaration of duties, and extra.
The next item discussed during the meeting was important accounting notes. The partners went through the financial aspects of the project and made sure that everyone was aware of the budget allocation for each task and activity. They discussed any potential issues and made sure that the funds were being used efficiently.
After that, the partners decided on the dates for future meetings and events. They created a roadmap for the project, including the dates and locations for each event, and made sure that everyone was aware of the schedule.
The communication and dissemination plan was also discussed during the meeting. The partners discussed how they would spread the word about the project and what tools they would use to communicate with each other and with external stakeholders.
